Payment options 

It takes 0 - 3 working days for bank transactions to clear. It is our policy that funds are in our AIB account before products are purchased. 

Paypal
Paypal is probably the most popular form of online payment in the world. 75% of all ebay items are purchased through paypal. We use Paypal as an option because we want you to feel secure in  us and with online payment. Unfortunately with all online payment options there are charges. Paypal charge 3.4% per transaction. We don't charge for collecting your goods and we don't profit from it so we add this to delivery. It takes as with all credit transfers 2 - 3 days to transfer from paypal to our bank account. We require all payments to be in our account before purchases are made.

Credit Transfer
We have a Business bank account with the A.I.B. in Dublin. If you prefer not to pay the Paypal charges you can do a credit transfer from your bank account to ours. This is secure as well as all transactions are traceable and we are required by law to be a registered by the C.R.O. to trade under a business name and receive payments under that name. As with paypal it takes 2 - 3 days to transfer from non A.I.B. accounts to A.I.B. accounts. If you prefer you can lodge funds to our account in any A.I.B. Bank which is instant.


When using credit transfer for payment please use your own name as a reference.

Returns policy

We will return any products within 7 days of delivery. A cost maybe incured for collection and return.

Please note you are not an IKEA customer and all returns must be made through us for a full refund.

Unavailable items policy
If an item is unavailable we will refund you the cost of that item upon delivery. If the item is essential to your order i.e wardrobe or kitchen then we will contact you and advise you and let you decide.
  
Terms of Delivery

Delivery is considered effective when we reach your address. 
We are not responsible for placing goods in desired rooms but will help if required. This is done at your own risk. 

No reply when calling?
We will return your goods to Ikea and reordering will be required. A refund will be given to you less delivery and return time cost.
